I’ve now worked with Ash and Harsh as buyer and vendor. I found them to be honest & sincere.

During the short time Ash and Harsh have been ‘my agents’, we bought a property at auction from them, my husband passed away, I’ve moved house, I’m renovating another one, now sold a house, and my dog ended up in hospital at auction weekend. It’s been a hell few months, and I know I haven’t been the easiest person/vendor to deal with, (over-emotional, forgetful, tired, stressed) but through this time these guys have been patient, compassionate and empathetic, always asking after me, and Lily my dog, as well as offering to help in any way. They have gently guided me through the process, and communicated effectively and professionally, enabling me to have complete confidence in them and their team. Aaron the auctioneer was all of the above as well. Their auction reports are next level! Their follow up is spot on - when they say they’re going to do something, they do it. All in all, I’m very happy I met them when we bought in April. Looking after both vendor and buyer is a fine line, and I’ve experienced both with them in a short timeframe really, and I felt in good hands in each situation.
