It insisted that the only 13 Lynette Place was in Mangere Auckland... and clearly this tricks Real Estate Agents too... Katie, if you have a look at your request for me to complete the survey form... the house I bought through you folk was in 13 Lynette Place, Mangere, Auckland. A great result from the Team at Harcourts. This was an emotional sale for me of our property after it had been in our family for 20 years and where lots of fantastic memories were made the Team at Harcourts made the whole process so simple and effortless. From the moment I called to get an appraisal, getting photos taken and listing for sale all happened in less than a week. Katie and the Team were fantastic to deal with and Katie even disrupted her family Christmas get together to get the contract done! Snap Chat made contact easy with reports after each viewing and open home together with weekly update reports by email - a process that I had never experienced when selling before so well done Team.
