Kate has been amazing with helping us purchase in pauanui. Her knowledge of the area is second to none, she really has gone the next level to make this work for us. We have never had an agent work so hard to make our dream come true.
Kate was very good with communication and going out of her way to contact leads which eventually lead to a sale. Kate was encouraging me to ask for more and did her best to get a higher price but with a downturn in the market it was difficult. I wanted a quick sale for another project so I lowered my price to meet the market.
