After the initial marketing campaign and no response or offers , we came up with a new marketing idea. This wasn't as successful as hoped, but Kate was on the ball and took people that were after other properties to view mine. Kate was very good with communication and going out of her way to contact leads which eventually lead to a sale. Kate was encouraging me to ask for more and did her best to get a higher price but with a downturn in the market it was difficult. I wanted a quick sale for another project so I lowered my price to meet the market.
