Highly recommend both Andrew and Jean. We had been looking for a home to purchase for at least 3 months and had spent many weekends at open homes or searching online. There were numerous occasions when we had reached out for viewings on homes to get no response so were a-bit deflated. This all changed after making contact with Andrew. The home we purchased appeared as a listing on TradeMe on a Friday evening, we reached out to enquire about a viewing and early Saturday morning he made contact, by that afternoon he had us a viewing scheduled for the next day and we finally felt “seen and heard”. Walking in to the viewing was like meeting up with old friends - Andrew and his lovely wife Jean set the scene, making us feel at ease, talked through the property details, and gave us space to feel it out as a whānau. It was very much like coming home and I loved the smell of the freshly baked loaf - nice touch. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed, it was all in our own time and after we had talked as a family.
