After our initial meeting with Shannon, regarding the sale of our property, we instantly felt at ease. Her market knowledge coupled with her professionalism enabled us to feel as if a weight had been lifted off our shoulders. Shannon gave us all the information we needed, and broke down all the steps so we knew exactly how the process worked. We have come to think of her as "our agent" and look forward to working with her again in the future.
