Inglebrook Villa & Gardens

Darrell has been engaged by Trish and Lance over several years, initially to sell their 1905 villa set in beautiful gardens on 3000sqm, and operating as a B&B. In accepting that the property had a limited market due to size and perceived landscaping upkeep, Darrell contributed significantly to the ultimate subdivision of three Lots. The original villa and integrity of the property has been retained, and Darrell has successfully sold the other two Lots with professionalism and integrity. Trish and Lance remain in the villa in their retirement, with a view to engaging Darrell/Tall Poppy to place on the market in the Spring of 2021. In contributing to this first time subdivision by Trish and Lance, Darrell has consistently displayed punctuality, respectfulness, and strong ethics. He has excellent communication skills and is a good listener. Not only is his knowledge of the real estate market and trends very evident, but his awareness of business, sporting and cultural trends always made for interesting discussions!
