Great communication and efficient

We choose Darrell because of his reviews and we greatly satisfied, he always answered the phone or immediately rung us back (apologizing if he missed it) which we deemed very important. He worked fantastically with our property manager and tenant to sell our place in less than 2 weeks on the market and worked for our interests in the sale when we asked for a higher offer than originally presented. He understood our position and always took our side in any discussions which meant he did work for us while of course trying to make the sale We always dealt with Darrell which was a very important part of our sale process and he regularly texted us almost daily on the progress.
