Andrew and Lydia have been exceptional. As first time buyers and new to NZ, they helped out load to figuring out the basics of house market and allowing us to securing our first home. Andrew in particular was always ready to calm us down in the moment of panic and explaining processes, how to overcome difficulties, and advising us on how to approach the steps ahead. Lydia showed us the house many times, allowing our trusted building expert to have a survey twice, to be extra sure. We are very grateful to both of them!
