Thorough and Professional

From the beginning I found Jane to be extremely thorough, approachable and professional. She is very knowledgeable of the legal aspect of selling properties. The initial interview covered everything a potential buyer needs to know. If I rang with a query she either answered immediately or got back to me promptly. The photographs were done professionally and showed the house in its best light while still being recognisable. Jane included a layout of the house which I think is quite important for potential buyers to see if the layout works for their way of living. She also offered advice on what was required to present the property well for viewings and I was given advance notice of all the viewings. Jane ran the marketing plan by me and gave regular feedback on how many views the sites she used had generated. I felt very safe that Jane was doing the best by me.
