Hard working and dedicated

We engaged Fiona on recommendation from a friend. We found her to be hard working and dedicated with her associate Hannah to achieve a sale. A sale was accomplished, albeit notably less than the expected achievable and agreed market value. Comments from Hannah during the negotiation process felt like the focus on a sale took priority over achieving the best outcome for the vendor.
