Brilliant

Andrew is so good at his job which made things so mush easier for me. When I needed him to show workmen into the house to get reports done, it would happen the next day with out any fuss. I was always keep informed and feel like Andrew care, not only for me as the buyer but was also respectful of the people selling the house. If I where ever going to sell I would want Andrew to do it. (Which I am not. The only by I am leaving this house is in a box)

Made the sales process a dream

Andrew knows the local market well. He recommended a realistic sales strategy, and gave great guidance on how to get the property ready for market. He was extremely patient dealing with us as a family selling up the family home for our parents. He also helped with providing access to the property when needed to progress the sale. This was very much appreciated since we don’t live in Dunedin. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Andrew and Tall Poppy to anyone looking to appoint a real estate agent.
