Debi Pratt - puts the 'real' in to Real Estate Agent

A few years ago, we met Debi at an Open Home she was hosting. She remained memorable for her professionalism, detailed knowledge of the house she was marketing and total customer focus. Although we didn't proceed with that house, when we decided to sell our own, Debi was hands down our first choice (despite living in a suburb that usually sports blue coloured Real Estate signs!) and she definitely delivered. From the get-go she was upfront about selling costs, price likely to be achieved based on market research and her experience, timing, what could enhance our sell price etc. No smarminess, no fluffing about - just facts and a clear sales plan - which is exactly the way we like to operate. We ended up having multiple offers in a ridiculously short amount of time, and experienced first hand Debi's professional manner as she managed that process respectfully with us and the potential buyers. On top of all the business matters, she was delightfully excited for us too, which added to making the whole selling experience one of the best we've ever had (and we've had plenty!). We wholeheartedly recommend Debi Pratt and will being going straight to her, should we have a 'next time'. She's the real deal!
