Reliable, proactive and easy to deal with

We had a fantastic experience buying a property via Susan Northey from Tall Poppy. She was super professional from start to finish, always on to it, and consistently kept her promises. If she said she would follow something up, she did. No reminders needed. Communication was outstanding. It was never an issue to get hold of her, even during Christmas and New Year, which really showed her commitment. She also did a massive job chasing and following up with the vendors, as responses sometimes took a little time. Susan stayed on top of everything and kept the process moving.
