Purchase of 2 bed unit on Victoria Key

We have been helping my mother in law in her search for a home of her own after she moved to NZ six months ago. She was badly let down on a private purchase which turned out to be a stressful, expensive affair, then when I was at the local school on a working bee I bumped in to Bernie who knew that my mother in law was looking for a home and told me that she had an open home on Victoria Key the next day. Bearing in mind that we were doing a big renovation at home and I was very busy with work and knowing that my wife and I would be responsible for all the running around and organising again (after the previous let down) I was half inclined not to mention it to her! Anyway I did and we took her along to the open day and she fell in love with the place and wanted to buy it and part of me felt 'Oh no, here we go again' but thankfully everything went very smoothly due in no small part to Bernie. We found Bernie to be very informative, extremely helpful, always willing to go and open up the house for us to look around but above all else was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Bernie, you have restored our faith in buying houses and from my own point of view I cannot thank you enough for making the whole process as stress free as it could possibly be. I would certainly have no issues whatsoever in recommending you to anyone or using your services again in the future should I ever need to. PS the chocolate fish are swimming towards my stomach as I write this!!!
