The Good Life

Every now and then a property will surprise you by offering privacy and views. As you approach the covered front entrance you are welcome by the fragrant array of Iceberg Roses and lavender. The foyer provides access to the open plan living areas of the home which are light and spacious extending out to the reserve and water beyond. You can sit and watch the cruise ships dock for the day. With the kitchen and island bench at one end of the living, it allows the chef of the family to be part of the flow of the home with easy transition to the outdoors. The master suite has a walk-in robe and ensuite with shower while the other two bedrooms are at the other side of the home along with the family bathroom. Every inch of this property has been creatively worked. Whether it is the generous deck extending around the house, the quiet courtyard, raised garden beds, walkways, additional parking for the boat, or the workshop/studio positioned separate to the home in the backyard. It is a relaxing wonderland. Bring your senses to life at our open homes or to arrange a viewing give me a call on 021 513 189 or Linley on 021 0260 4819.
