Sale in a tough market

We engaged Lee to sell a two bedroom house on a small site in a tight market. On Lee's recommendation we staged the property which certainly improved the appearance for prospective buyers. Feedback from open homes was prompt and thorough, often provided face to face. The sale took a while, not through lack of effort, it was related to the depressed sales market.
