Very good service

Braden was knowledgeable about the property and honest about what he did not know and found out for us as needed in a timely manner. However after the settlement date he did not get back to us about a certain issue that we had asked him to find out for us. We found the recycle bin half full of bottles considering the property was empty. There was old wood at the back of the property that we had not noticed during our viewing which I assumed the agent should have made sure the vendor got rid off before settlement. Those were the minor inconveniences that we experienced and lessons for us to thoroughly check everything in future. Otherwise Braden was a nice friendly guy, easy to deal with.
