Excellent service

We chose to go with Braden because not only was he understanding of our needs in selling our home, he was honest with his appraisal was fair and honest. Out of the 3 appraisals we had, the other two didn't actually sell any of the recently sold homes in their marketing booklets, and when I enquired who's sale's they were.. they were Braden's. That sold it to us, yes those two may have been cheaper in fee's for us, but they didn't have any sale's to prove they could deliver on their promises. Braden not only achieved his promises but got us multiple offers to choose from, which was a really great outcome in such a short time. He was approachable, friendly and understanding throughout the process. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending his service to my friend's.
