Absolute perfection from start to SOLD !

When we decided to sell our house, the property market was running hot ! Houses were being snapped up within days.. so we began to get our house ready to list. However over this period the housing market began to quickly turn.. every news article was doom and gloom.. we began to wonder whether we should even bother selling. However, I went to an open home hosted by Karl from Sold on Kapiti and I was truly blown away by how sensational Karl was, positive, energised and a breath of fresh air. He was unlike any other real estate agent I have ever met. He literally gives you a WOW experience from the moment you meet him. I left that open home knowing 2 things. 1) We would still list our house and 2) We would only list with the SOK team. Well after listing our house we are officially unconditionally sold after 7 days ! Not only did we achieve an incredible sale price we are thrilled with, but the process was so easy and completely stress free ! Karl our lead agent made us feel from the outset that he was in it for the long haul, that he would stick with us until we achieved a price we were happy with. I knew Karl would not pressure us into taking an offer we were not happy with. But we achieved an amazing sale within a week. Our experience was not incredible due to the sale price alone, it was the incredible photos & videos Sa took that made our house stand out, the marketing they did which kicked the old school advertising methods to the curb where they belong. We didn't wasting huge $$ listing in print media (newspapers and real estate magazines) but instead put our marketing $$ into a much better targeted online campaign. We are now Sold on Kapiti for life. We would not use anyone else. Why go elsewhere when you've found perfection?
