Great experience, Adam was very approachable, helpful & knowledgeable. Great prompt communication with any queries or concerns, getting onto any minor matters dealt with quickly. Being a joint effort for 2 friends needing to buy into a property together for financial reasons wasn’t the easiest decision but Adam helped us to get on the property ladder & find the right fit for our individual & joint needs. Adam achieved a great result in difficult circumstances and I'm sure it was his experience and honest approach that helped to achieve what is was a better result than we expected. We chose Adam as we had previous dealings with him and we had a good idea how he worked and really knew his job but also he wasn't pushy or trying to undervalue our property to make it easier for him to sell our property in a difficult market. We actually got more than we had hoped for and the sale contract came from the first open house viewing! The results speak for themselves. Having sold a number of properties over the years this was one sale that was certainly stress free! Thanks Adam.
