Sharon has excellent knowledge of the local area and we were impressed upon meeting her, by her friendliness, not being too pushy, but giving us very good advice regarding the marketing of our property. She guided us through a very stressful situation & long process correcting a defective title. She was very patient and helpful and communicated with us regularly. She has many contacts in the area and put us in touch with the surveyor and roofer and any other necessary people we needed. We trusted her advice when receiving various offers, about the best way to proceed and her skill with technology came in useful when we had to docusign several contracts. All in all we were very impressed with her professionalism, she always had time to answer our queries and there was always good feedback after open homes. She achieved a good result for us that we were happy with and we would definitely recommend her as a totally trustworthy real estate agent.
