This is the second time I had used Shari and Shannon as my agents-and yet again, they went over and above. Shari and Shannon certainly picked up and took ownership of more than what was expected/required of them. This heavy lifting helped take the emotion and stress out of the sale for me. I was provided with regular updates and everything was communicated in a clear, calm and proactive manner. They were upfront and honest - ensuring transparency throughout the process.
