Shannon and Shari were the perfect combination of helpful (guiding us through the purchasing process) but not at all pushy.

Shannon came up with a good plan for marketing and selling the house and it went to plan. A little bit stressful in parts as was an estate sale and I lived a few hours drive away. Shannon made reasonable decisions as needed to move things along so that was good. A quick closing but all went well and happy with result.
