Sam has been a fabulous communicator through the whole sale process

Sam's skills are communication, efficiency and he is very likeable and easy to deal with. I felt that he was devoted to the process from beginning to end - in what is a tricky market right now. There were issues that came up and Sam just got onto sorting the solution in a timely manner.
