Sam was helpful even before we listed with him. He made the process easy. We didn't need to worry about a thing. He kept us up to date so we knew exactly what was happening. Although we didn't get the price we wanted he sold the house quickly which in today's market was an excellent result for us. I am so glad we chose him.
