Excellent sales people, but need to get facts right first.

House was advertised with 2 garage door remotes but only had one, owner did replace door opener, house advertised with bathroom towel heaters, house had none, we came to an agreement with the owner. We were told theat the deck was a Kwlia timber deck ( which tio us was perfect , small maintenance required) we now know that the deck is pine, and will need a lot of work to bring back to a nice looking deck
