Easy communication, great vibe, genuine, cuts out all the nonsense

Working with Matt to get our first home was a pleasure and definitely made the whole process less stressful then it needed to be. When we first met him at the open home he was open and honest about his background and I think something for me that stood out was that he had worked for the big real estate firms and now is just working for himself, together with his outlook of how things should be it gave us trust and confidence that Matt was the right one for the sale. He is very professional, very good market knowledge and was just a joy. Being our first home there was alot of questions that we had and a few things that we wanted negotiated and he was always prompt with replies and with communicating with the vendors. Basically if we needed to do this again Matt would be the guy we would trust in this process.
