About Dani

I have worked for Richardsons as an administrator for the Thames office. I am now enjoying working as a property manager for Richardsons, further developing my career within a great team. In my spare time I enjoy gardening and spending time with my two boys. I have been a tenant for many years before owning my own home which gives me a greater understanding of what is required within the property management role.

About us

The Thames office covers the area from rural Hikutaia in the south through to Kereta on the Thames Coast in the north and everywhere in between. Comprising of a team of five licensed salespeople; Phil Judd, Kathy Muir, Heather Oxenham, David Trebilcock, and Evelyn Lowry, along with Property Manager Dani Brady, Assistant Property Manager Ann-Marie Timoteo and Office Administrator Justine Rakich. The sales team has a wealth of local market knowledge and about 90 years of combined real estate experience between them. They are a very focused and professional team that works together to get the results for their clients. A great team and the team that gets results.
