One of the most helpful Agents I've ever come across

Terri and I have never met in person. I selected her as a potential agent for my rental property based solely on an online review. Because I live three and a half hours away, almost everything had to be organised remotely. What I didn’t realise during our first conversation was just how helpful, positive, and proactive she would be. We connected immediately. Whenever I needed tradespeople for small touch‑up jobs or a company to stage the property, she stepped in to assist — even though those tasks weren’t strictly part of her role. Terri was consistently great to deal with: she took the time to ensure I was comfortable with her recommendations, kept me informed at the right level, and respected my request not to be involved in every minor detail. She genuinely went above and beyond, often doing far more than I was aware of, and I’m extremely grateful for that. When the initial offer she brought me fell short of what she knew I needed, I think she was more disappointed than I was. But through careful negotiation and a fair amount of gentle persuasion, she ultimately achieved the best possible outcome — one I could live with. I would definitely recommend Terri as someone to sell your property.
