About Lynette

“Live Your Dream” A Northlander through and through, Lynette was born in the small west coast town of Te Kopuru, just 15 minutes out of Dargaville, where she lived and worked for 30 years before moving to Whangarei with her family. Spending time with family and friends is important to Lynette (and husband Noel) – they have two adult sons. Whilst the boys were growing up, they spent a lot of time involved in sporting activities – particularly cricket. Today they enjoy their passion for boating and fishing in the beautiful waters of Bream Bay where they live. Lynette has always worked in roles that were at the coal face of supporting families from all walks of life. This has resulted in her having exceptional listening and observation skills resulting in the best possible outcomes. This love of ‘working with people from all walks of life’ and the years of experience doing so, gives Lynette the edge for wanting to do the very best to help clients to realise their hopes and dreams. Excellent work ethic, determined to get a result

Worked with Rachel (and Lyneete) from Inspire selling our rental property. Always a tough sale process when the house is empty, and tenants leave small maintenance items. Rachel keept us informed of progress weekly at minimum, with reports on traffic and open homes, and was dogged in pursuing the leads that resulted from enquiries. In the end, the price was fair, and buyer and seller got a good result... and quickly too. This was important to us in the slow market, and from listing to unconditional was about a month and a half. Happy. Work with Rachel if you want someone to sell your home through tenacity and work.
