Exceptional

During the whole process Kath was always informative on what was happening and always a phone call away when I needed questions answered. It was a longer than expected process but Kath constantly reassured me things were still on the right track and we'd get there eventually. I thank her ever so much for a wonderful experience stepping up on the property ladder.
