Kia ora Remax Team (Dawn and Ketan), I wish to provide some feedback about our journey to homeownership. We had the pleasure of being called back by Dawn Webb to follow up on an earlier query we made at a Remax seminar. She was very kind and understanding of our needs and wants in a home for our family. We ended up seeing many different homes which varied in what we wanted or liked but ultimately, we ended up with the house we really wanted and fit most of our needs. It goes without saying for us it would not have been a great experience if Dawn Webb and Ketan Patel had not been involved and answering all the questions we had at all times of the day . We felt valued and understood throughout this journey. Our understanding of what it takes to become an owner has changed immensely but not just that but also what it takes for all those who worked in the background to get us here. Dear Dawn, You have such a wonderful aura and personality would be surprised if anyone could turn down an offer with you at the helm.
