Awesome experience would definitely have Shannon sell a property for us again
Shannon was down to earth and we loved his open and honest approach. We had a couple minor issues related to our property in regards to Council Compliance and Shannon helped us navigate the disclosure process and negotiations. We found his support, knowledge and contacts invaluable during this process. Shannon provided regular updates of how our marketing was tracking and we always felt like he was across it and had his finger on the pulse at all times. The structure for the fees was very clear and we felt we received value for money. We would absolutely have Shannon again if and when we sell more property in future.
