Not bad at all

Right from the start we knew my place could be a little more difficult than others to ascertain a suitable price. At first we wanted a price but due to my circumstances a deadline sale turned out to be the best option. After settling on a end date we initially decided to go appointments only for viewing, but ended up having to do open homes due to unexpected demand. I was pleased I was talked into advertising as the interest was substantial from the start due to this. When it came to the deadline end we had a few negotiations with the top buyer and then I was sold from the next day. This has been the easiest sale I've had when it came to having a buyer from the get go. Nu listened to my concerns and also what I wanted to achieve financially for my property and that was what the end result was. I am happily sold and moved on to my next chapter, which Nu also helped advise me on. I am one happy customer.
