As an out of town seller I relied on Jane to deal with everything and keep me informed. She did an excellent job, advising on market trends, particular features of my property and best way of selling. She was professional, enthusiastic and confident throughout the campaign. Final result was within the range she had predicted and more than I expected. Huge thanks to the auctioneer on the day for his expertise and perseverance. Her back up team also performed well and got everything done in a timely manner. I did not know any agent in the area when I decided to sell but feel lucky that I happened to strike Jane.
