A premium Whau Valley buying experience

Zoltan was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the purchase of my home. From our first meeting, I found him to be honest, genuine, and refreshingly non-pushy. He was always available to answer any questions I had and took the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. What stood out most was how comfortable I felt dealing with him. Even though I knew he was representing the vendor, I never felt pressured or misled. Instead, he came across as sincere, trustworthy, and genuinely interested in helping both parties achieve a good outcome. Buying a home can be stressful, but Zoltan's professional, approachable manner made the process much easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a real estate agent they can trust.

If Zoltan was a chef, he would be a 5 star Michelen chef. From entree to desert, superb.

Zoltan is a true professional. He is calm. Reassuring. I know him to be honest. That is clearly a key factor when you are selling your house. He has oodles of charm. Plus patience. Which is what a stressed out person selling their house (the real estate people call us vendors) totally need. At the first house look through, he gave me a list of things to tidy up. He even offered to help me waterblast - I'm sure he meant it but I didn't have the heart to ask him. I did everything on Zoltan's list. Hard work. Painting. Gardens. Full waterblasting. Zoltan's favourite word is "decluttering" and I did a lot of that. What this means, for you non-real estate types; is that all that cool stuff you have collected - well, you chuck it away. Painful. This takes courage. Honestly I don't think Zoltan knew how painful. But. I knew I could trust him. Biff. Out it went. Zoltan was clear from the get go that auction was the way to go. I really sat back and left it all to him- open homes, dealing with multiple enquiries. The auction day came. Pretty nervous to be honest. Sat in a side room looking at YouTube comedy skits. Then after 40 minutes Zoltan came in. Could tell he'd been working hard. He said the buyer will go to 5 pineapples but that's it. I said great- I'm happy with 5 pineapples. Sold. A few easy forms to sign. So thrilled that the house sold. Extremely impressed with Zoltan's experienced hands on the job.
