Selling a house that you've loved and lived in for years is a BIG DEAL. But we definitely felt that Ben and his team had our best interests at heart and wanted to get us the best outcome. Communication was open and timely and Ben or one of the team was always just a text or phone call away and ready to answer even the most mundane or panicky question. And even though we were one of a number of properties that Ben was selling at the time, we never felt like the poor relation.
