Long term support

We met Ben at an open home some years before we were ready to sell our house but occasionally kept in touch and knew always said that we would ask Ben to sell our home when we were ready. We never felt pressured and Ben was always available for a chat, advice or query and gave us a lot of time as we hunted for the right house to purchase before we were prepared to sell. Ben understood us and our needs and could also see how our rather unusual house would need to be marketed to the extent that the news soon picked it up and created a good story - both about the selling and the auction. While many people 'loved' the house it was clearly not going to suit everyone to live in. Ben had a strategy that was extensive and thorough - 'no stone un-turned'. He was also pragmatic and realistic about the difficult market which helped adjust our expectations. He also worked hard and sympathetically with prospective bidders. Ben was a assisted by a great team - Amanda's text for the sale was 'spot on' and the photographs were stunning. We shall treasure them as we leave our lovely home.
