Alice was very professional, knowledgeable to what she's doing, direct and straightforward! Being a 1st home buyer, I completely don't know what to do but Alice guide me every single step of the way. I cannot ask for anyone else based on my experience with her. She was available anytime whenever i consult or i have enquiry with her and she answered it in a very timely manner. From my memory, Alice showed up when i booked to see the apartment for the first time and it was funny because she brought a wrong key.
