Directly across the road from the beautiful surf beach of Sandy Bay, this much-loved Kiwi bach is all about relaxed coastal living, stunning ocean views and making the most of those long summer days on the Tutukaka Coast.
Spread over two levels, the home offers a relaxed coastal feel, with timber-lined interiors and plenty of space to unwind after a day at the beach. Upstairs, the kitchen, dining and living areas open onto an elevated front deck, perfectly positioned to take in the coastal outlook and check the surf over your morning coffee. A second deck at the rear provides another great spot to chase the sun or find a sheltered place to relax and unwind.
The upper level offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and wood burner, while downstairs provides additional living and accommodation space, including a bedroom, bathroom, laundry and second (unconsented) kitchen area. A versatile setup with plenty of room for family, friends and summer holidays together.
Outside, the grounds offer space for backyard cricket, BBQs and the kids to play. A substantial detached double shed provides excellent storage for the boat, surfboards, fishing gear and all the extras that come with coastal living, while two large water tanks provide great water storage.
Well cared for over the years, the property has been enjoyed as a family bach and is also currently offered as holiday accommodation through Airbnb.
With the sand and surf just across the road, this is your chance to secure your own coastal getaway in one of the Tutukaka Coast's favourite beachside locations.
