Feel very grateful having had Adrian sell my sister's home for my brother and I.

My sister sadly had to leave her home to move into dementia care. It was a challenge for my brother and I to work together to get it saleable in a quick time frame. Adrian was very supportive and helpful with suggestions to keep us focused on what was important to do and what was an unnecessary cost. He was aware we were on a very tight budget. Adrian was always pleasant, helpful with advice and available. He did a fabulous job getting us a successful offer from the first open home he held. He was always professional and seemed to have 👍 local knowledge and industry expertise. He didn't seem fazed by anything and I'm sure we weren't his easiest clients. I'd recommend Adrian to someone wanting a hard working, friendly real estate agent who can get a result.
