A REAL TEAM EFFORT

Where do I start. The friendliness of Craig, Brendan and Rebecca was obvious from the first meeting which set the tone for the whole sale process. The professionalism came next and stayed throughout too. We always felt were kept informed of the state of the market and anything good, or not so good as well, with the journey we were all on together. Craig's advice over what he perceived the future of the market in the near future proved so accurate and we so pleased we listened. Although our property didn't sell under auction, the team marketed it positively and it wasn't too long we had an offer we were happy to accept. I will never forget the shared jubilation when it went unconditional - you would have thought it was their own property. The new owners loved our home as much as we and we have visited them since by their invitation. A real team effort indeed and a huge thank you to "The Smiths".
