This is the second time I have used Michael as my real estate agent in the last ten years. My current house was certainly a challenge to sell in this current weak market because it required substantial renovation work. Michael worked hard to achieve a sale and kept me updated about the market including feedback from prospective buyers. I didn't quite get the sale price I was originally hoping for, but the price I ended up getting was about right in the current market.
