Very well presented and freindly approach by Gaurav,I called him the day before and he made an effort to do the inspection on the day of the Auction,really appreciated that and glad i did the inspection and acquired the property Gaurav was very well conversant in terms of property I have bought and he gave honest views of the market value and he gave best of the service. Gaurav was there all the time to assist with the access to my builders and contractors after the sale of the property .I wish him all the best in his future endevours and in the Real Estate career and am sure he will climb to the top of the ladder one day.
