Team work makes the dream ... get sold!

I wasn't expecting to work with Team Alyshia again so soon, but life throws curveballs, and if there's an agent out there who can juggle all of them, nurse the tears, keep you sane, and deliver the goods, then that agent is Alyshia Marshall! Alyshia always acknowledges her team, but as they tend to work tirelessly in the background, it's a case of often heard but rarely seen! Not this time. The (reluctant) sale of our home was truly collaborative. The market, showing early signs of picking up, began to crumble rapidly. It was all hands on deck. She talked, and we listened. You'd be silly not to in the best of times, so, as we buckled in for the ride, we weren't going to stop now! Adjustments were made, and fears were allayed. Rinse and repeat. Then, disaster! Alyshia had her hand forced (which is about the only way she slows down!) and needed time away. An agent missing in action at such a crucial time would normally strike fear into the heart of even the most seasoned of sellers, but not when Team Alyshia is involved. It simply meant more hands on deck. Naturally, there were bouts of angst on varying scales of size along the way, but we never doubted that we were in good hands. We've begun to think maybe the universe dipped a toe in, because as the team shuffled roles, the right people were seconded into the right places at the right time. The whole team, made up of years of experience, extensive West Auckland expertise, sound management, dedicated administration, and talent for days, got us across the line in what truly felt like the nick of time. You'd think that would be enough. Goal achieved. But no, still more. Team Alyshia knows a perfect match when they see one, and if we had to let a piece of our hearts go, it's lovely knowing that the new kaitiaki of our home, which was built for love and laughter, are such a wonderful fit. Maybe the stars did align?
