We recently purchased a home through Kristina and were impressed by her exceptional service throughout the entire process. Even when questions came up after hours, she was responsive, calm, and genuinely helpful—never once making us feel like we were an inconvenience. She also arranged the final inspection at short notice and handled everything with efficiency and professionalism. When we discovered the heated towel rail wasn’t functioning, Kristina didn’t hesitate to contact the vendor and swiftly organised an electrician to have it repaired—something that could’ve easily been brushed aside by others.
