Thomas has been a great real estate agent for us for many reasons. One thing we really liked was how realistic and honest he was throughout the whole process. He didn’t tried to sell us a dream or give us unrealistic expectations about the properties we were looking at. Instead, he gave us realistic estimates of what could actually work, and in the end, he helped us secure our home at a really great price. He was also very responsive with messages and phone calls, so we rarely had to wait around for answers. He was always happy to arrange private viewings for us outside of normal open home hours, whether that was during the week or on weekends, which made the whole process much easier. As first-home buyers, there were a lot of things we were unfamiliar with, and Thomas was a huge help in guiding us through what we needed to organise and what steps we needed to take.
