Deceased Estate

Renee recently sold our family home in Rotorua following the recent winding up of my parent's estate. This was an emotionally charged experience undertaken with mixed feelings. An additional obstacle to the process was that I live a considerable distance away and in a property market considerably different than that of Rotorua. Given these circumstances, following my packing up and preparation for selling, I relied heavily on assistance from friends and from Renee. The fact we have now achieved what we set out to do is testament to Renee's tenacity and focus. Renee continued to remain available and to market the property despite Rotorua's slower market. Renee is upbeat and positive and quick to address any obstacles. In addition, Renee also has the professional support of her large real estate group where, in their weekly meetings they regularly discuss sales in the setting of current market conditions. I am grateful for Renee's persistence and advice and wouldn't hesitate recommending her to others for the sale of residential property.
