Hard work gets the results.

I originally chose Suzie to market my property by researching sales in the immediate area of the property I was selling, and seeing who was the most successful agent. As well as this, I got two other agents to give me proposals to sell the property. I liked Suzie's approach, her knowledge of the area and her confidence. As it turned out, Suzie sold the property, a difficult property to sell, for more than both of the other agents thought it would sell for. I guess the two most important things to look for in a testimonial such as this are: 1. Would I use Suzie to sell a property for me again? The answer to this is that I signed a listing with Suzie last week, to sell another property. 2. Would I recommend Suzie to friends as an agent who performs? I have already done so. Suzie is a great communicator, she is a tireless worker, she has proven to be very knowledgeable of her trade, and she is very very determined.
