Knows how to sell your house

Frazer and his team (Jack Campbell in our case) were high energy and really stood out to us as the people we liked to sell our house. He knew the stats in the Hobsonville area and roughly how long it would take to sell. The expectation on the sell price was over-estimated though. They were very positive and were good at noticing the small things around the house that needed addressing to give the sale an extra edge. The open homes feedback was excellent and the weekly report was well detailed. Frazer and Jack put a lot of effort in to lure people across Auckland (a couple from Remuera for instance) to view the house and the surrounding Hobsonville area. Their comms with prospective buyers was also well maintained and we were kept well informed. The house was sold in less time than the Hobsonville average on the basis of Frazer and Jack proposing a Deadline sale.
